Car Talk Vehicle Donation Program Car Donation Review

“Lawrence and Katie spent hours together driving to school, rowing practice and the barn, vacationing in the Keweenaw peninsula…”
We inherited the 96 Ranger from my husband’s cousin’s estate when he died unexpectedly. Our daughter, Katie, had finished drivers ed and took her drivers test in the well worn manual transmission Ranger whom she affectionately named Lawrence, after a Civil War military figure. Needless to say, the drivers test guy was less than thrilled see us coming! Lawrence and Katie spent hours together driving to school, rowing practice and the barn, vacationing in the Keweenaw peninsula, and many other excursions parents are better off not knowing. Lawrence is the last big physical reminder of Katie, who was stolen from us by leukemia four years ago at the great age of 24. It’s time for us to let Lawrence go, as well.
Thank You, Jenny!
