During these unprecedented times your donation dollars matter more than ever before. Through your generosity, our charity partners will put every donation to use in the battle against the virus.  

We are open and able to pick up donations. There may be some delay in pick-up due to regulations in your area.  However, we will make our best effort to keep you updated. We will closely monitor COVID-19 and keep our donors and clients up-to-date on any changes or adjustments to services.

Touchless Donation Processing

Throughout the donation process, our focus is on the health and well being of our donors, tow drivers, clients and community. Fortunately, our donation technology, communications points and mobile tools can power a touchless and friction free donation. Donors can monitor the status of their donation on their custom donor console.  
  • Donors can use our photo app to take pictures of their donation. This may help expedite process. 
  • Discuss the pickup process with the towing agency when they call to schedule. Towers are encouraged to discuss transfer steps with donor and complete pickup in a touchless manner
  • To maintain social distancing at pick-up, donors can leave a signed title inside the glove compartment of the vehicle for the tow driver. 
  • Keys can be placed above the visor or under the seat.
  • As a courtesy, you can wipe down the driver compartment of vehicle for the safety of our towers
  • Rather than handing off a receipt, we can email you one at time of pickup.

Are You Currently Accepting Vehicle Donations?

Yes, now more than ever your car, truck, boat or van donation can make a difference to our charity partners

How Long will it take to pickup my vehicle?

Upon reciept of your donation you should hear from our pickup team sometime in the next three business days.  Some areas are experiencing delays due to travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines.  However, we will do our very best to communicate these issues with you directly.

Do I have to be present at pickup?

Discuss your pickup situation with your tower if you can’t be at the location in person or if you prefer not to greet the tower in person our transporation team should be able to coordinate your wishes

Are your Customer Service hours affected?

Like most businesses, most of our employees are working remotely.  Our office hours during this pandemic are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST and Saturdays 10:00am -3:00pm. EST.  Please call us at 1-877-709-2277 or email ars@arscars.com to reach a Customer Service Representative
