This car was with me through many important chapters of life, but giving it up felt right because I know it will now help drive something even more meaningful. As a cancer survivor, I’ve seen both the challenges and the hope that come with a diagnosis. I’m deeply grateful for the research, support, and advocacy organizations like the American Cancer Society provide; it makes a difference.
Donating my car is one way I can give back and keep moving things forward for others facing cancer. I want to continue helping; however, I cannot just in memory of what I went through, but in celebration of life after it.
I hope my story inspires others to support this cause as well.
