How do I release the liability of my donated vehicle in Hawaii (HI)?

• The state of Hawaii DOES require a Certificate of Title and a valid vehicle registration in order to transfer ownership of your vehicle.
• In order to complete your Hawaii car donation, transfer your title by entering the name of our authorized agent, ADVANCED REMARKETING SERVICES in the buyer/purchaser field. Please PRINT and SIGN your name in the seller/owner field EXACTLY as it appears at the top of the title.
• Donors have the option of keeping license plates or returning them to the state.
