How do I release the liability of my donated vehicle in New Hampshire (NH)?
- The state of New Hampshire does NOT require a Certificate of Title in order to transfer ownership of vehicles 1999 and older. In this case the most recent registration and a Bill of Sale to Advanced Remarketing Services is sufficient.
- In order to complete your New Hampshire car donation, transfer your title by entering the name of our authorized agent, ADVANCED REMARKETING SERVICES in the buyer/purchaser field. Please PRINT and SIGN your name in the seller/owner field EXACTLY as it appears at the top of the title.
- Donor is not required but it is recommended to return license plates to the County Treasurer’s Office to guarantee removal of liability.
- Remember to remove your electronic toll collection system from your vehicle as well as removing the vehicle from the account when the vehicle is picked up.
